Dr. Robert Breault, PhD
Chairman Emeritus
After graduating from Yale with a BS in Mathematics Bob Breault entered the USAF in 1962 and served with distinction earning a Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross, an Air Medal with five Oak Leaf Clusters. He was one of the first F100 Wild Weasels searching out SAM Missile sites in North Vietnam. His service is cited in the Smithsonian, the USAF Air Museum in Dayton and a couple other museums.
Dr. Breault received his BS in Mathematics from Yale University and his MS and Ph.D. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona. He has received several awards from NASA as well as from the University of Arizona in 1979 for his outstanding dissertation in the field of Applied Sciences. Dr. Breault is a Fellow of SPIE, a Fellow of OSA now named Optica.
Dr. Breault is the original author of the APART stray light analysis program which was used to analyze the space-based Hubble Telescope and has been instrumental in the fabrication and use of different devices to measure the Bi-directional Reflectance scattering characteristics of surfaces.
Matt Pobloske
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pobloske is best known for his work in the unmanned aircraft industry and as director of business development for Advanced Ceramics Research, that company had developed a line of semi-autonomous drone aircraft with the Navy before being acquired by BAE Systems in 2009. In 2014, BAE sold the company to Pobloske, who operated it as Sensintel Inc. until it was acquired by Raytheon in 2015.
John Spilotro
Chief OperatiNG Officer
Mr. Spilotro is responsible for the vision, execution and financial performance of Breault Research Organization. He brings over 25 years’ experience in the aerospace and defense industry, leading engineering teams and executing product development projects, including small unmanned air systems and many efforts to provide engineered solutions to challenging system requirements for DoD customers including United States Navy (USN), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), US Army PEO Missiles and Space.
Vieri Tenuta
CHIEF Information Security OFFICER
Mr. Tenuta is responsible for the cybersecurity and governance, risk and compliance of products, services, and internal data for BRO. He brings over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engagements including testing and validation of various platforms, technology development and integrated cybersecurity, and management of large-scale cybersecurity requirements for intelligence community members, US military branches, scientific and research organizations, State and local customers, and commercial clients in almost every vertical.
