You purchased BRO’s optical engineering software because accuracy and reliability are essential for your projects.  BRO’s Annual Software Maintenance Plan ensures that software investment is secure, up-to-date and supported.  Our Software Maintenance Plan Subscription includes year-round technical support, access to the latest software releases and more! 

Software Releases

Maintenance Plan subscribers receive access to all minor releases, and major upgrade releases.  New releases do more than keep the software up to date with what is already on the market.  Ongoing market research helps us anticipate new optics applications, and we develop our software products accordingly.  New software releases include enhancements to existing features, as well as new features designed to meet the optical challenges of tomorrow.

Software Support

Our customers tell us that the level of support they receive is a significant factor in choosing to do business with BRO.  Our Technical Customer Service Department supports optical designers in 35 countries.  All technical inquiries are supported by one of BRO’s senior optical engineers.
